Red Light Therapy
Choose the right red light therapy setup
Red light devices are not interchangeable. The best fit depends on how much of the body you want to cover, whether you prefer a wearable or hands-free panel, where the system will live, and how much control you want over each session. Use this guide to narrow the collection before comparing individual specifications.
Quick decision: choose a wearable pad or belt for targeted, flexible use; a compact panel for a smaller area and easier storage; a full-body panel or bag for broader coverage; or a therapy bed for a dedicated home or commercial installation.
Shop by format
-
Wearable pads and belts: Flexible options that stay close to a selected area and are easier to store. Start with the TheraBelt or Lumara Pad.
-
Compact panels: A practical starting point when you want hands-free sessions without committing to a large footprint. Compare the Total Spectrum MINI and Therasage Tri-Lite.
-
Full-body panels: Built for broader coverage and a more permanent setup. Compare panel dimensions, stated wavelengths, controls, included stands or mounting hardware, electrical requirements, and recommended use distance.
-
Full-body bags: A wraparound format for buyers who prefer close, enclosed coverage rather than standing or lying beside a panel. See the FullGlow 360.
-
Therapy beds: High-investment systems for a dedicated room, wellness business, or buyer who prioritizes a bed-style experience. Confirm delivery access, installation, power, service coverage, warranty, and return terms before ordering.
How to compare red light devices
-
Coverage: Match the illuminated area to the body area you plan to use. A larger device is not automatically the better choice if storage, positioning, or routine use becomes difficult.
-
Wavelength disclosure: Review the wavelengths stated on each product page. Red and near-infrared light are different portions of the spectrum, and devices may use one wavelength, a pair, or a broader combination.
-
Controls and routine: Compare timers, intensity settings, pulsing options, channel control, app or remote operation, and whether the interface will be simple enough for regular use.
-
Placement: Check dimensions, weight, stand or mounting requirements, ventilation, outlet compatibility, and the distance recommended by the manufacturer.
-
Included equipment: Verify what ships with the device. Stands, mounts, goggles, remotes, controllers, straps, and carrying cases vary by model.
-
Ownership terms: Review the current price, availability, lead time, warranty, return conditions, and service process on the product page before purchase.
Good starting points
-
Targeted and portable: TheraBelt or Lumara Pad.
-
Entry panel: Total Spectrum MINI or Therasage Tri-Lite.
-
Broader home panel: Compare Total Spectrum COMPACT, MAX, and ELITE with iReliev and EXESAS full-body panels by dimensions, controls, accessories, and installation needs.
-
Enclosed full-body format: FullGlow 360.
-
Dedicated high-ticket installation: OvationLITE or Premier RLT bed, subject to delivery, site, service, and commercial-use confirmation.
