CERAGEM specifies approximately four inches of rear wall clearance for recline. Keep additional front and moving-part clearance and review the full delivery route; rear clearance is not the chair’s full footprint.
Specific motion sensing.
CERAGEM describes 16 anti-entrapment detection points designed to identify objects in the movement path. Continue to follow all child, pet, moving-part and operating precautions.

Body and room fit
The manufacturer recommends users of 220 lb or less. People under 5 ft 1 in or over 5 ft 11 in are advised to try before purchase because alignment and comfort may vary.
Measure the clear route through doors, halls, turns, stairs and elevators. A 30-inch doorway is not passable for the chair according to the delivery guide. Narrow or unusual routes require supplier review; do not assume packaged delivery or on-site unboxing will fit.

Delivery and setup
Threshold in-home delivery is included for eligible destinations. Optional $200 white-glove service covers placement in the selected room, setup/installation and packaging removal, subject to access and serviceability confirmation. An approximately 10-business-day historical average is not a guaranteed or current delivery quote.
Residential warranty and service
Standard coverage: Year 1 parts and labor, Years 2–3 parts only. Optional $499 extension: Years 1–3 parts and labor, Years 4–5 parts only. Coverage and extended eligibility are destination-specific. During parts-only years, covered parts are shipped by CERAGEM; customer-paid diagnostics where required, labor, service-call and travel charges can apply. Contact the official CERAGEM Service Center first. Commercial use requires separate review.
The supplier warranty summary excludes Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico from its stated residential coverage. Confirm location eligibility before purchase.
Returns and cancellations
Request a change-of-mind return within 14 days after delivery; CERAGEM approval and a 20% restocking fee apply. CERAGEM covers reasonable approved pickup and return transportation. Completed $200 white-glove service is nonrefundable. Pre-shipment cancellation has no cancellation fee. Any shipped-order cancellation is coordinated with CERAGEM and Elevate under the applicable order terms.
Can I do this without speaking to a salesperson?
Yes. Complete the online residential fit check and receive a written result. Resolve remaining order-specific questions by email, then review the exact proposal. The request itself does not release checkout. A payment route is considered only after supplier acceptance, verified terms and Elevate’s approval.
